TAE KWON DO

Tae kwon do (also spelled as taekwondo, tae-kwon-do and taekwon-do) is a martial art and combat sport originating in Korea. Having become one of the most widely practiced martial arts in the world, it is the national sport of Korea and one form of sparring, shihap kyeorugi, is an Olympic sporting event.
Forms - (POOMSEA)

Moo Sul Kwan (MSK) schools teach both the World Tae Kwon Do Federation (WTF) and the International Tae Kwon Do Federation (ITF) forms (poomse). The WTF TaeGuek forms are taught and MSK embraces the Kukkiwon style in teaching and performing the WTF patterns after training in South Korea at the Kukkiwon. MSK follows the ITF patterns as taught by Grandmaster Lee H. Park, the founder of MSK and the American Martial Arts Sports and Education Association in the United States.

Brown University's Tae Kwon Do Club provides links to video clips of the WTF forms. Demonstrations are provided by The Korea Tae Kwon Do Association. North Austin Tae Kwon Do Club provides links to video clips of the ITF forms.  Visit the WTF or the ITF web sites to learn more about poomsea.
